FERNANDA FRIDEN
Fernanda es Coordinadora Bilingüe de Cuidados para Hospice of Santa Barbara donde trabaja con el equipo de Servicios de Cuidado al Paciente (PCS) para facilitar la más alta calidad de servicios de atención y apoyo a pacientes y a sus familias. Originalmente de Panamá, Fernanda se graduó como intérprete médica y legal del Instituto de Interpretación de la Corte de la Universidad de Arizona y de la Escuela de Interpretación del Sur de California. Anteriormente trabajó con HrXpress Consultores de Recursos Humanos donde ayudó a empresas locales a encontrar soluciones a problemas relacionados a entornos laborales biculturales. Su interés en abogar por los miembros de la comunidad latina fue lo que la llevó a formar parte de MVMV. En su tiempo libre, Fernanda disfruta de divertidas aventuras con su familia.
Fernanda is a Care Coordinator with Hospice of Santa Barbara where she works with the Patient Care Services team to facilitate the highest quality of care services to PCS patients and families in both English and Spanish. Originally from Panama, Fernanda attended the Court Interpreting Institute at the University of Arizona and the Southern California School of Interpretation and is a certified court and Medical Interpreter. She has previously worked with HrXpress Human Resource Consulting where she was a Bi-cultural Workplace Facilitator where she assisted local companies in finding solutions to issues related to a bicultural workplace. She was attracted to MVMV due to her interest in advocacy for the Latino community. In her spare time, Fernanda enjoys going on fun adventures with her family.
