Historia
LEON es un grupo colaborativo de personas que se reúnen cada dos meses para coordinar esfuerzos en nombre de los adultos mayores latinos. LEON opera bajo el paraguas de Adult and Aging Network, un organismo asesor de la Junta de Supervisores del Condado de Santa Bárbara. La Agencia de Servicios a la Familia actúa como agente fiscal de LEON.
Reuniones bimensuales
Las reuniones bimensuales están abiertas al público y están destinadas a facilitar el intercambio de recursos entre las organizaciones comunitarias. Estas reuniones son un excelente lugar para plantear desafíos, encontrar soluciones y establecer contactos con otros miembros de la comunidad. Las reuniones bimensuales se llevan a cabo a través de ZOOM el cuarto jueves del mes.

History
LEON is a collaborative group of individuals who meet every other month to coordinate efforts on behalf of Latino elders. LEON operates under the umbrella of the Adult and Aging Network, an advisory body to the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors. Family Service Agency acts as LEONs fiscal agent.
Bi-Monthly Meetings
Bi-monthly meetings are open to the public and are intended to facilitate the sharing of resources amount community organizations. These meetings are a great place to pose challenges, find solutions, and network with fellow community members. Bi-monthly meetings are held via ZOOM on the 4th Thursday of the month.
